Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to own schedules for hyperscale data center and large-scale programs. You will lead end-to-end scheduling from design through closeout, coordinating with PMs, engineers, contractors and vendors to deliver on owner objectives.

With 10+ years in complex construction scheduling, you will optimize critical paths and use tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a construction/PM field.
• 10+ years of project scheduling experience in data centers or mission-critical builds.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules for all data center construction phases.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations and allocate resources.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, dependencies and ensure alignment with owner objectives.
• Track progress, prepare reports with earned value, milestones and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to stay on track.
• Coordinate schedules with project managers, engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to meet deadlines.
• Document actual vs planned timelines and capture lessons learned.
