Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all lifecycle phases, coordinating with EPCM contractor timelines to create unified, realistic schedules.

You will track progress, analyze schedule performance, identify critical paths, and prepare weekly and monthly reports while supporting risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment on milestones and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all phases of the lifecycle, from master to Level 4 schedules.
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions and integrate internal schedules with EPCM contractor schedules to create unified timelines.
• Review and challenge schedules provided by contractors, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Track project progress, analyze schedule performance against baselines, and identify critical paths, constraints, and acceleration opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including schedule variance, impact analysis, and four- to six-week lookahead schedules.
• Support risk management by assessing schedule impacts, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining activity trackers for team awareness.
• Communicate schedule status, milestones, and risks to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
