Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead integrated planning for large-scale data center programs. You will develop, maintain and report on schedules, milestones, and dependencies, applying CPM techniques to identify risks and mitigation strategies.

You will coordinate with global client teams, delivery partners, and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders to align planning with project execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Background planning capital projects in large programs, preferably data center construction.
Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, schedule health and risk analysis.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across project teams and partners.
Professional proficiency in Portuguese (written and verbal).
Experience supporting executive reporting and schedule governance.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center projects with global teams.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, and reporting outputs.
Apply CPM techniques to assess logic, identify trends, and propose mitigations.
Coordinate inputs across project controls, cost, risk, and change management.
Prepare executive dashboards and leadership-ready reporting.
Facilitate planning workshops and schedule reviews with stakeholders.
