Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all lifecycle phases, from master to Level 4. You will facilitate planning sessions, align contractor schedules, and ensure realistic timelines across EPCM teams.

You will track progress, prepare regular variance reports, and communicate risks and milestones to stakeholders, supporting proactive decision-making and project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all lifecycle phases from master to Level 4.
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions and align EPCM contractor schedules to create unified timelines.
• Review schedules from contractors, engineering, and commissioning teams for accuracy and feasibility.
• Track progress, analyze schedule performance against baselines, identify critical paths and acceleration opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with schedule variance, impact analysis, and four- to six-week lookahead schedules.
• Support risk management by assessing schedule impacts and developing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate schedule status, milestones, and risks to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders, aligning with financial considerations.
