Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related scheduling/controls experience.
• Ability to work independently as a senior logistics/scheduling professional.
• Strong workload management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Proven relationship-building with project staff and stakeholders.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills.
• Experience with oil and gas construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to enterprise scheduling standards and develop schedules with WBS.
• Update and detail schedules as projects progress using EV data.
• Interpret performance of scheduled activities and inform Project Manager.
• Develop and monitor schedule performance indicators.
• Provide scheduling/logistics advice and what-if scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for critical-path data.
• Prepare and disposition project documentation and reports.
• Interface with project team and stakeholders to gather timing information.
