Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler III to support construction project management activities, including planning, schedule development, monitoring, and execution coordination for oil and gas projects. You will manage schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with milestones while applying advanced Primavera P6 skills.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite per week) and contract-based.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling or related field.
• Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge for scheduling and schedule management.
• Experience on oil and gas construction projects.
• Strong understanding of WBS, critical path, and milestones.
• Experience updating schedules with progress data and EV reports.
• Ability to develop alternative schedules and what-if scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues.
• Independent, proactive, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules across all phases.
• Ensure WBS standards and schedule integrity.
• Update schedules as projects progress.
• Incorporate earned-value data and field progress.
• Analyze schedule performance and impacts of changes.
• Identify critical path and dependencies.
• Create schedule performance indicators.
• Prepare what-if scenarios for planning decisions.
• Coordinate with PMs, teams, and stakeholders to gather data.
