Job summary

MAV Project Services in Texas seeks a senior Project Controls professional to lead scheduling and cost control for large-scale construction projects. You will manage baselines, weekly updates, and performance curves, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to keep milestones on track.

Requires 8–12 years of site planning experience, Primavera P6 mastery, and strong English communication. This on-site role offers growth and exposure to international teams, with standard PTO and health

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of site-based planning experience on industrial or large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; strong CPM scheduling, EVM, KPI tracking, and schedule deviation analysis.
• Experience creating graphics, charts, and dashboards; Power BI experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and data visualization/reporting best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex schedule and cost data to support decision-making.
• Ability to work with international teams across time zones; manage communications.
• Flexibility to adapt to site conditions and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedule.
• Support weekly schedule updates with the project team.
• Issue schedules, progress and histogram curves; basis of schedule.
• Perform resource loading and leveling; analyze schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors.
• Submit schedule updates per contract; provide weekly progress reports.
• Create detailed Look Ahead schedules and weekly updates.
• Interface with project team to gather information for weekly updates.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and weekly progress reporting.
