Job summary

PMA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler to lead all aspects of scheduling for a large construction project on-site in the greater Indianapolis area. The role focuses on detailed, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6, tracking baselines, and producing status dashboards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, 7+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling, and strong communication skills. PMP/PSP is a plus; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience on large construction projects preferred.
• PMP or PSP certifications a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track progress against baselines, identify critical paths, and analyze variances, delays, and impacts.
• Conduct what-if analyses, time impact studies, and recovery plan evaluations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.
• Perform routine site walks to validate progress and schedule accuracy.
• Develop and present schedule status reports and dashboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
