Job summary

S&B USA Construction, a leading infrastructure solutions company, seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for heavy civil projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves bid and baseline schedule creation in Oracle Primavera P6, schedule updates, and reporting to project teams and owners.

Under supervision from a Senior Scheduler, you will mentor junior staff, review progress, and advise on schedule-related risk, contract, and claims matters, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of heavy civil construction experience in scheduling and/or project management.
• Experience developing and maintaining CPM schedules for bridges, highways, rail, or transit.
• Ability to track and maintain complete and accurate project data.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid schedule development for small to large projects using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and narrative submittals.
• Prepare monthly schedule updates, look-aheads, and reporting for owners and executives.
• Identify schedule risks and support change management and claims documentation.
• Mentor Scheduler I and other entry-level team members.
