Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Reno, NV to develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed project schedules for complex electric utility projects including transmission and offshore wind. You will drive schedule development with engineering, licensing, procurement, and construction teams, and provide critical path analyses and what-if scenarios.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in scheduling within the electric utility sector and strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

10+ years of scheduling experience in the electric utility industry.
Proficiency with Primavera P6.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with CPI/SPI and earned value is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
Lead schedule development with engineering, licensing, procurement and construction teams.
Analyze schedule data and recommend corrective actions to meet in-service dates.
Prepare schedule reports: critical path, baseline vs actual, look-ahead, what-if.
Maintain financial schedule, budget and resource data in Primavera P6.
Create status dashboards and KPI tracking (CPI, SPI) for schedules.
Support PM team with monitoring, forecasting and cost/schedule reporting.
