Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support an Owner's Engineer team on a major program.

The role centers on developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction, using Primavera P6. The successful candidate will advise the Owner and projectManagement team, drive strategy, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in engineering, construction management, project controls, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of planning and scheduling experience on large, complex capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 including cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules.
• Experience with earned value management and schedule delay analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; on-site in Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain the Program Master Schedule in Primavera P6.
• Lead development of integrated schedules from concept through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure realistic plans.
• Perform critical path analysis, float, and schedule performance metrics.
• Prepare schedule narratives and executive-level reports.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with Owner and contractors.
