Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to work with the project team on schedule data for proposals and contracts. You will develop schedules, monitor progress, and support recovery plans to achieve deadlines.

You will build WBS, determine activity durations, and produce critical path reports while leveraging Primavera P6 and Power BI to create actionable dashboards for stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Expert communication skills to manage contracts and change management.
• Experience with large-scale engineering and construction contracts.
• Experience supporting or leading claims development.
• Expert level with Primavera P6 and Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts; establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline or specialty.
• Develops work breakdown structure (WBS), estimates activity durations, and defines logic ties; supports schedule recovery as needed.
