Job summary

Sundt Construction is hiring a Senior Project Scheduler in Phoenix to lead CPM scheduling across projects, from concept to close-out. You will coordinate with the project superintendent, deliver CPM reports, and supervise junior schedulers.

The role requires 5+ years of CPM scheduling in construction. The Senior Project Scheduler will create baselines, maintain historical data, and ensure timely updates to support project performance and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CPM scheduling experience in similar construction projects.
• Five years or more CPM scheduling experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of CPM schedules for projects.
• Coordinate CPM schedule updates with project superintendent.
• Produce and deliver CPM reports to project team monthly.
• Revisit and revise CPM schedules weekly based on field updates.
