Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler in Tucson, AZ to serve as the in-house CPM scheduling expert throughout all project phases, from conceptual to close-out. You will coordinate schedule creation with the project superintendent and deliver CPM reports to the project team.

The role requires 5+ years of CPM scheduling experience in similar construction, a four-year CM or engineering degree, and proficient MS Office use.

Qualifications

• Five+ years CPM scheduling experience in similar construction.
• Four-year CM or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating CPM schedules through all project phases.
• Coordinate CPM schedule creation with the project superintendent.
• Produce and deliver CPM reports to the project team monthly.
• Supervise one or more Project Scheduler assistants as needed.
• Support schedule analysis for claims and project performance.
• Update and revise the CPM schedule weekly based on field updates.
