Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 8-17 years of related experience is preferred.
• Professional certification in AACEi, PMI, AMGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of planning and scheduling on assigned projects.
• Act as scheduling expert for the business unit on complex tasks.
• Maintain advanced expertise in scheduling tools and industry standards.
• Develop delay analyses and coordinate with Legal regarding claims.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and train others in risk identification.
• Support project audits and risk mitigation recommendations.
