Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Sr. Scheduler to serve as a Business Unit resource, leveraging advanced scheduling techniques for the most complex projects. You will oversee planning, cost loading, and risk-based scheduling decisions with a focus on timely delivery.

You will mentor others, participate in proposals, and stay current with industry scheduling standards while supporting a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 8–17 years of related experience with scheduling on complex projects.
• Professional certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA or similar is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of planning and scheduling on assigned projects.
• Serves as scheduling expert for the Business Unit on advanced tasks.
• Maintains current industry scheduling standards and tools.
• Develops delay analyses and coordinates with legal on claims.
• Trains and mentors team members in scheduling practices.
