Gilbane Building is seeking a Schedule Manager to serve as a self-sufficient scheduler who supports multiple projects or a single complex project in the United States. You will develop CPM schedules, analyze progress, coordinate with project teams, and mentor staff in scheduling best practices while maintaining thorough documentation and owner reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–12 years relevant experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitors multiple projects' compliance with contract specifications and Baseline Operations Playbook.
• Prepares CPM schedules and scenarios for management consideration.
• Evaluates schedules and provides recommendations on completeness and status.
• Communicates with Owner to assure customer satisfaction and takes corrective actions.
• Performs schedule and delay analysis with recovery recommendations.
• Leads project audits and trains others on CPM methods.
• Develops monthly project schedule narratives for Owner submission.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
