Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support nationwide projects, including opportunities for travel or relocation. You will leverage advanced scheduling techniques on complex projects and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to industry standards.

The role requires a strong background in CPM scheduling, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with project management, engineering and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8-17 years of related experience.
• Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar recommended.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides oversight relative to all aspects of planning & scheduling within assigned projects.
• Acts as scheduling expert for the Business Unit on advanced tasks.
• Demonstrates advanced expertise in scheduling tools and industry standards.
• Makes recommendations on adoption of latest scheduling advances.
• Performs schedule & cost loading for CPM schedules.
• Conducts schedule analysis and variance/trend reviews.
• Participates in delay claims, develops narratives, coordinates with Legal.
• Mentors team members and trains others in risk identification.
