Quanta Government Solutions seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist/Scheduler to lead the project schedule for the Rock Island Arsenal Power Generation and Microgrid project. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive scheduling and project controls experience in federal construction, EPC, heavy industrial, or infrastructure environments.
• Must have prepared and maintained at least three previous Primavera P6 construction schedules for projects of similar size and complexity.
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional, including schedule development, resource and cost loading.
• Knowledge of USACE SDEF activity coding structure (ER 1-1-11) and RMS.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the designated Project Scheduler for the Rock Island Arsenal project, preparing the schedule and updates as a full-time role.
• Develop and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules covering all work by Quanta and subcontractors.
• Prepare Preliminary, Initial, and Periodic Schedule Updates with narrative reports and required diagrams.
• Build and maintain USACE SDEF activity coding, calendars, milestones, and export .xer files.
• Cost load the schedule to align with CLIN values for monthly progress payments.
• Lead monthly schedule update meetings with Government, record verified progress, and manage approvals.
• Update actual start/finish dates and percent complete; ensure RMS data transfer.
• Perform critical path, longest path, and DCMA-14 point health analyses; identify risks and recovery actions.
• Prepare time impact analyses and recovery schedules per contract requirements.
• Support weekly coordination with Government and subcontractors to reflect real build sequence.
