Job summary

Quotient in Suitland, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support government and defense programs. You will manage weekly schedule updates in Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring schedules align with WBS, interdependencies, and IMS requirements. Applicants should have 2+ years of scheduling experience, GAO best practices familiarity, and strong written and verbal communication.

U.S. citizenship and Census suitability clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience receiving and analyzing weekly schedule updates using Primavera P6.
• Understanding of schedule interdependencies and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience developing schedules following GAO best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Census suitability clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly schedule updates and incorporate changes into P6 and MS Project schedules (≤140 chars).
• Support stakeholders with navigation, status updates, reporting needs, and troubleshooting related to schedule tools (≤140 chars).
• Maintain schedules that adhere to project WBS structures, interdependencies, and IMS integration requirements (≤140 chars).
• Prepare and submit weekly status reports, deliverables, and schedule change request tracking (≤140 chars).
• Ensure schedules meet GAO and DCMA criteria, flag issues, and recommend corrective actions (≤140 chars).
• Assist in producing dashboards, extracts, and Power BI schedule reporting (≤140 chars).
• Participate in schedule status meetings and IMS discussions with project teams (≤140 chars).
• Support documentation of schedule processes, SOPs, and training materials (≤140 chars).
• Comply with federal security, training, remote access, and data stewardship guidelines (≤140 chars).
