Job summary

CTG, a leading staffing solutions provider, has a W2 contract assignment for a Project Scheduler in Wilmington, NC. The role will develop and manage integrated project schedules for capital projects from planning through execution and closeout, working with project leaders, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, strong CPM skills, proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, and familiarity with Last Planner System.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, milestones, and forecasts.
• Perform CPM analysis and identify schedule risks and impacts.
• Monitor progress, constraints, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Facilitate Last Planner System (LPS) activities, including pull planning and look-ahead planning.
• Track schedule performance metrics, including PPC.
• Create project dashboards, status reports, and management presentations.
• Support project controls, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors.
