Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Senior Scheduler in Cary, North Carolina to develop, progress, and forecast all phases of the project schedule using the latest industry practices and software. You will provide planning leadership across engineering, procurement, cost and technical disciplines for Capital Project Delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling, strong CPM/Last Planner skills, and the ability to manage master schedules with earned value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in scheduling for EPCQ/Pharma/Biotech projects.
• Deep knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and qualification processes.
• Proficiency with modern planning/scheduling principles: CPM, Last Planner, 4D.

Responsibilities

• Develop, progress, and forecast all phases of project schedule using current industry practices and software.
• Provide planning leadership and integrate with engineering, procurement, cost and construction teams.
• Monitor progress, deviations, and variances; assess impacts on critical path and milestones.
• Analyze schedule inputs from clients, vendors and contractors to verify durations and logic.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses; support meetings.
