Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a seasoned Project Quality Manager to lead the full scope of the project quality program on EPC and large capital projects in the energy and industrial sectors.

The role centers on audits, NCR lifecycle, and ITP compliance across construction sites, with visibility to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will drive quality decisions, manage risk, and ensure adherence to contractual requirements and ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience in quality roles on EPC, construction, or large capital projects.
• 4+ years in a dedicated quality management role on EPC, construction, or large capital projects.
• CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project audit schedule across the full project lifecycle.
• Own the NCR lifecycle from identification to closure and ensure proper escalation when needed.
• Review and approve ITPs pre-construction and maintain the ITP Status Register.
• Produce monthly quality reports covering audits, NCR trends, ITP compliance, concessions, and risks.
• Oversee Hold Point waivers and stop-work decisions with project management.
