Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead the full quality program on EPC and large capital projects in the energy and industrial sectors. You will drive audits, NCR lifecycle, ITP compliance, and quality reporting, partnering with Site Managers and the Project Manager.

This role provides visibility into executive leadership and customer relationships within a global manufacturing environment, with preferred locations in Atlanta‑Metro GA or Halifax, NS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years total experience with 4+ years in dedicated quality management on EPC/construction/large capital projects.
• CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relevant technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project audit schedule across the project lifecycle.
• Own the NCR lifecycle from identification to closure; ensure NCRs are raised and tracked to closure.
• Review ITP compliance and Hold/ Witness/ Review Points; maintain live ITP Status Register.
• Produce monthly quality reports covering audits, NCR trends, ITP compliance, concessions, and risks.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Project Manager for timely issue resolution.
