Job summary

Worley is seeking a Manager, Quality Control to lead quality programs across engineering, procurement, and construction projects in the USA. You will drive compliance, operational excellence, and customer confidence through hands-on leadership of QC activities and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong technical QA expertise, manufacturing/industrial background, and experience guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quality control/assurance, inspection or related technical disciplines.
• Experience on EPC, energy, chemicals, resources, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading quality personnel or project quality teams.
• Ability to manage quality programs and meet customer/regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with non-conformance and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control activities to support project delivery and objectives.
• Manage quality personnel, inspectors, and quality professionals on projects.
• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection programs, and compliance processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, contractual requirements and standards.
• Support teams in identifying and resolving quality issues throughout execution.
• Coordinate QC activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Review quality performance metrics, audits, and corrective action programs.
• Provide technical leadership for inspection, testing, and QA activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality culture across the project.
