CS e-Storage, part of Canadian Solar, seeks a Senior Project Quality Engineer to lead site quality plans, ITPs, and root-cause analyses across BESS projects. You’ll coordinate with EPCs, equipment suppliers, and O&M teams to ensure regulatory and safety standards are met and lessons learned are captured.

Travel across US, Canada, Europe, and other locations will be required with short notice. The role demands strong problem-solving, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to deliver under tight

Formación

• Strong dedication to achieving quality objectives with project quality execution experience.
• Experience coordinating with EPC contractors, suppliers and O&M teams.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and review SSQP and ITP with project teams and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor project quality assurance across phases; handle NCRs and audits.
• Lead lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project quality.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and O&M to resolve equipment problems.
• Update PQMS per ISO standards and ensure safety and right-first-time practices.
