Qualifications

• Time-in-grade requirements apply for current Federal employees.
• 1 year of specialized experience at GS-11 or equivalent for GS-12 level.
• Education substitutions allowed per GS guidelines for various grades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate geographically distributed projects from inception to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans and reports per VHA leadership priorities.
• Guide senior management and project teams in scheduling and resource planning.
• Track project status and manage communications, contracting, budgets, and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate status updates with stakeholders and customers.
