Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute business functions, resource allocation, and production.
• Reviewing financial data and/or budget reports; assisting with justifications for funds.

Responsibilities

• Uses judgment to interpret guidelines, adapt procedures, decide approaches, and resolve problems.
• Broad knowledge of financial management regulations, practices, procedures, and policies regarding funds receipt, disbursement and accountability.
• Maintains complex fiscal transaction records and prepares required reports.
• Promotes VA missions by meeting customer needs; communicates in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Ability to query computer programs to extract information and supports standard office software use.
