Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive experience in procurement coordination or related project supply chain roles.
• Experience tracking POs, supplier progress, inspections, shipments and deliveries.
• Experience resolving over, short and damaged material issues with suppliers and carriers.
• Experience supporting procurement execution from PO award to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-award procurement execution across expediting, logistics and documentation.
• Monitor shipments, delivery sequencing and receiving readiness with multiple stakeholders.
• Produce detailed reporting to support project schedule performance.
• Resolve issues proactively to minimize supply chain risk.
