Job summary

Airswift in Spring, TX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II for offshore marine operations on a 6- to 12-month assignment. The role supports a complex upstream logistics operation, focusing on schedule deviation management, cargo allocation, vessel coordination, and issue resolution across regions and stakeholders.

You will maintain vessel schedules, port plans, manifests, and operational data in planning tools, working with cross‑functional teams in a demanding marine setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of infield logistics, cargo and vessel coordination.
• Experience in deepwater oil and gas operations.
• Experience with deepwater drilling operations.
• Experience in West Africa (Angola, Nigeria, or Guyana).
• Experience with multiple vessel types (MFPSV, PSV, AHTS, IMR, FSV, tugs).
• Experience with schedule changes and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with warehouse and shorebase operations and shipping coordination.
• Ability to travel internationally for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule deviation and live operational issue resolution.
• Coordinate cargo allocation, vessel movements, and port plans across regions.
• Maintain vessel schedules, manifests, and movement data in planning tools.
• Support process refinement and optimization of marine logistics workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure on‑time execution.
