Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II (Materials Management) in Spring, TX for a 12-month assignment. You will support logistics and materials management within a refinery and chemical complex project environment, coordinating shipments and planning activity across internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong Excel capability, cross‑team communication, and the ability to manage orders received verbally, via fax or email, while adapting to a fast-paced planning

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree.
• 5+ years of logistics planning and execution experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Experience working across multiple teams, external vendors, and third parties in a dynamic planning environment.
• Ability to schedule and maintain internal and external shipments.
• Strong coordination and communication across internal teams, external vendors, and third parties.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic Word/Outlook/PowerPoint tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and planning activities across projects.
• Interface with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Communicate with internal teams, external vendors and third parties.
• Enter and manage orders received verbally and via fax or email.
• Prepare reports and business correspondence; support procedure manuals.
• Read and interpret technical and regulatory materials as needed.
