Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8–12 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
Experience supporting engineered-to-order (ETO), EPC, industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects from Sales-to-Project handover through completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules and contracts.
Develop and maintain Project Procurement Plans and schedules, identify long-lead materials and supply constraints.
Lead RFQs, bid packages, tender processes, and supplier solicitations.
Coordinate bid evaluations with Engineering, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to select suppliers.
Negotiate and execute purchase orders and service contracts within delegated authority.
Monitor supplier performance, deliveries and milestones through project execution.
Manage procurement budgets, changes, and cost optimization opportunities.
Provide procurement reporting to leadership with KPIs and risk updates.
