Job summary

Voith Group in York, PA is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager to lead supplier quality, audits, and release readiness for hydroelectric projects. This role partners with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and project quality to ensure compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality.
• Minimum 7 years in supplier, manufacturing, or quality roles in industrial environments.
• Experience auditing, releasing, and developing suppliers based on quality and performance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, release, and monitor suppliers based on audits and performance data.
• Lead supplier audits and surveillance per ISO 19011 and Voith requirements.
• Coordinate source inspections, FATs/FAIs, and documentation for release readiness.
• Drive CAPA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across supply chain.
