C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for Project Logistics to deliver strategic modal pricing solutions and analytical insights.

You will own pricing opportunities, collaborate with regional offices and customers, and provide expert consultation on enterprise-wide pricing strategies. The role requires on-site collaboration two days a week with remote work three days a week, balancing teamwork with autonomy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of experience in project freight forwarding operations and/or pricing.
• Experience managing large over-dimensional shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pricing requests for new and existing customers across modes, products, or trade lanes.
• Deliver accurate, competitive pricing within deadlines and SLAs.
• Leverage pricing tools, market insights, and internal resources to develop effective solutions.
• Ensure pricing activities comply with restricted commodity, embargoed country, and shipper requirements.
• Document pricing methodology and key assumptions for operations handoff upon award.
• Partner with branch stakeholders to understand modal yield strategies and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance against goals and KPIs; provide monthly leadership updates.
• Collaborate to identify pricing trends and improve win ratios.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing quality and effectiveness.
