Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Planner and Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for a large portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with PMO standards.

The role focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, supply chain integration, and concurrent engineering, bridging engineering, procurement, and construction to reflect design progression, material lead times, and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling within a complex engineering or EPC environment using Primavera P6.
• Power Generation and Heavy Industrial Equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master project schedule to support reporting and on-time delivery.
• Lead baseline development and re-baselining efforts to preserve commitments.
• Conduct critical path analyses and provide mitigation recommendations to PMO and leadership.
• Coordinate with ENG, Sourcing, and PM to align design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Maintain schedule risk registers and perform What-If scenario analyses to assess impacts.
• Produce and present schedule updates to stakeholders and external customers.
