Job summary

Lindsay Precast seeks a Process Control Manager in North Carolina to lead project management, estimating, scheduling, and drafting. You will develop and mentor the PM team, establish training programs, and ensure projects are completed safely and on time.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading project management teams in construction.
• Strong scheduling and capacity planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and guide project managers to effectively manage projects through the manufacturing and delivery process.
• Develop project plans and communication plans; manage backlog reports for forecasting.
• Lead weekly project review meetings and maintain project schedules with manufacturing to meet customer demands.
