Job summary

Lindsay Precast, Inc. in Franklinton, NC, is seeking a General Manager - Precast Operations to lead all plant activities and assume full P&L responsibility. This hands-on leadership role requires driving safety, quality, production, and financial performance.

You will oversee Sales, Operations, Safety and Quality, develop talent, manage budgets, and partner with product management on new development. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of management in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing/plant leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results with P&L or budget accountability.
• Experience developing and leading a management team in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Hold P&L ownership and lead all plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Direct workforce planning and production scheduling to align capacity with demand and backlog.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean and 5S initiatives across manufacturing and back-office functions.
• Oversee safety, quality, compliance, and NPCA/ACI/DOT standards adherence.
• Partner with sales, estimating and product management on pricing, capacity, and new product introductions.
