Job summary

Mid States Concrete Industries is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the central point of contact for project information, coordinating across Engineering, Drafting, Production, and Installation teams to ensure timelines and quality meet contract documents and client expectations.

You will manage change orders with client approvals, review drawings and shop packets, and maintain professional relationships with general contractors, engineers, architects, and customers while driving safe,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field and PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of the precast concrete industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client from award to closeout.
• Approve and track change orders with client approval and payment.
• Obtain client approval on shop drawings/packets and samples.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate updates to customers; ensure timelines are met.
