Job summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking a Process Control Manager in Franklinton, NC to lead project management, estimating, scheduling, and drafting across the Ohio Lindsay Precast division. You will guide PMs, develop plans, and manage staffing and training to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, process adherence, and proactive issue resolution within a high-standard production environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of construction industry experience.
• Minimum two years in a project management leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor project managers through manufacturing and delivery.
• Develop project plans and communication plans.
• Lead scheduling for the department and coordination with manufacturing.
• Recruitment support and staffing for the department.
• Provide accurate backlog reports for forecasting and scheduling.
• Identify issues and drive mitigation with the team.
• Lead weekly project review meetings.
