Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a cleared Facilities/Construction Project Manager to support U.S. Government programs near Warrenton, VA.

You will lead cradle-to-grave project management across multiple capital projects, coordinating design, procurement, construction, and closeout with cross-functional teams. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a BS in engineering or 16 years of equivalent experience, and deep government contracting know-how.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or technical discipline with eight years of relevant technical experience.
• Eight years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree for a total of sixteen years of relevant experience.
• Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment.
• Significant prior experience with Government contracting practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses project execution issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives; acts as primary liaison between Customer management and stakeholders.
• Applies extensive expertise in engineering disciplines to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Writes Statements of Work to acquire A/E services.
• Travels domestically and internationally 25% of the time for facility assessment surveys.
• Reviews A/E construction documents and suggests design improvements.
• Acts as technical liaison between Customer stakeholders and Sponsor's design review personnel.
• Manages the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
