Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is partnering with an established commercial contractor to place a Senior Project Manager in its Waterproofing and Joint Sealants division.

The role focuses on managing commercial waterproofing, joint sealants, caulking, expansion joints, air barriers, and related building-envelope scopes on large commercial projects. The Senior PM will own the management and coordination of projects, working with field superintendents and GCs to ensure budgets, schedules, and

Competenze

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience
• Direct experience with waterproofing and/or joint sealants
• Knowledge of caulking, expansion joints, air barriers and related systems
• Experience managing large, complex commercial projects

Mansioni

• Manage commercial waterproofing and joint sealant projects from award through completion
• Own project budgets, submittals, material selections, procurement, and documentation
• Coordinate with project superintendents and field leadership
• Attend meetings with general contractors and represent the company professionally
• Manage project scheduling and sequencing
• Oversee quality-control requirements and project deliverables
• Ensure field teams have the correct materials, information, and resources
• Identify and price change orders
• Maintain strong communication with clients, GCs, vendors, and internal teams
• Help keep projects financially and operationally on track
