This leader will oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality across complex drywall and metal framing installations. The role emphasizes team leadership, client relations, and profitability, with strong preference for experience in mission-critical or advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing teams on large/complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial drywall projects or large, complex assignments.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish budgets and pricing, including GMP and lump-sum work.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchases.
• Direct preconstruction activities and assist estimating as a resource.
• Develop project schedules, cost controls, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety plans.
• Build relationships with owners, A/E firms, and subs.
