Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the waterproofing project management team and field operations in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects while guiding the drafting team and coordinating QA/QC across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in a Sr. PM role in commercial waterproofing, OSHA 30, ability to read construction docs, and a valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience at the Sr. Project Manager position or equivalent in Commercial Waterproofing.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read construction documents.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Key manager for the Project Management Team and Field Operations for Waterproofing Operations.
• Co-manager of Drafting Department and oversee QA/QC across projects.
• Promote safety, quality and teamwork from start to finish; mentor team members.
• Manage cost/budget analysis, job production tracking, and reviews of time/material costs.
• Attend job site meetings and develop/client and vendor relationships.
