Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial framing and drywall projects from inception to finish.

You will own project execution, including budgets, schedules, procurement, and profitability, coordinating with general contractors, architects, engineers, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of framing/drywall systems, and the ability to mentor junior PMs while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial framing/drywall.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects (preferably $10M+).
• Strong knowledge of framing/drywall systems and construction practices.
• Experience with budgets, cost control, RFIs, submittals, and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead large commercial framing and drywall projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Own project execution, budgets, schedules, procurement, and profitability.
• Coordinate with GC, architects, engineers, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review plans and specs to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, quantities, and documentation.
• Monitor costs and profitability throughout the project.
