Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is partnering with an established commercial specialty contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Waterproofing and Joint Sealants division.

The role focuses on managing commercial waterproofing, joint sealants, caulking, expansion joints, air barriers, and related building-envelope scopes on large projects. You will own the management and coordination of projects from award to completion, including budgets, submittals, procurement,

Formación

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Direct experience with waterproofing and/or joint sealants.
• Knowledge of budgets, submittals, procurement, scheduling, sequencing, and quality control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with general contractors and field leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial waterproofing and joint sealant projects from award through completion.
• Own project budgets, submittals, material selections, procurement, and documentation.
• Coordinate closely with project superintendents and field leadership.
• Attend meetings with general contractors and represent the company professionally.
• Manage project scheduling and sequencing.
• Oversee quality-control requirements and project deliverables.
• Ensure field teams have the correct materials, information, and resources.
• Identify and price change orders.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, GCs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help keep projects financially and operationally on track.
