Goodwyn Mills Cawood Llc in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater infrastructure projects from development through construction, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

You’ll serve as the primary client liaison, manage contracts and risk, perform QA/QC checks, and drive project delivery while upholding GMC standards and core values. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering and project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of projects from marketing and contract negotiation through scope definition and contract execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project scopes, budgets, schedules, and fee proposals.
• Direct and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including development/scoping, design, bidding, construction, and project closeout.
• Execute cross-discipline coordination and perform rigorous QA/QC checks to ensure complete project document quality and compliance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and sub-consultants.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risk management concerns, escalating critical issues appropriately.
• Prepare and coordinate contract documents, reports, amendments, change orders, and project modifications as projects progress.
• Drive client satisfaction and business development by building intentional external relationships with prospective clients and key allies.
