Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager within its Water Business Group to lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle. You will drive complex planning and engineering initiatives, coordinate budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relations across multiple sites in California.

You will shape project outcomes by ensuring quality deliverables, mentoring staff, and coordinating with accounting and leadership for periodic reviews. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience including at least 5 years in project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multidisciplinary teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage large, complex planning and engineering projects with technical and political complexity.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently and maintain client relations.
