Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in Warehouse Solutions such as pallet rack installation/teardown, warehouse system design, material handling equipment.
• Proven experience in project coordination, project budgets, vendor management, and warehouse solutions, including warehouse racking.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to plan and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and project deliverables.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring they deliver quality services on time.
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse solutions, including pallet racking system installation, rack teardown, permit management, etc., ensuring they meet business needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure alignment and progress toward shared goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
