Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a major warehouse project. You will oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in superintendent roles, a solid grasp of building codes and OSHA guidelines, and proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a construction superintendent role.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, architecture, engineering or related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
• Proficient in construction project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review plans to ensure build aligns with approved design.
• Direct crews and subcontractors, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Schedule tasks to meet performance contracts and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and address issues as they arise.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Implement safety protocols on site and enforce rules.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project partners to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Prepare status reports on job progress for stakeholders.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
