This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, cost control, client relations, and overall project financial performance. The Senior Project Manager will mentor engineers and drive project execution from mobilization through commissioning, with opportunities to lead future renewable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, EPC focus.
• Experience delivering utility-scale solar EPC projects of $75M+ value.
• Experience from contract award through commissioning.
• Strong EPC contracts, procurement, scheduling, and cost reporting knowledge.
• Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project.
• Lead project execution from notice to proceed through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Drive safety, productivity, and schedule performance with field leadership.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and major equipment suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-completion reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect schedule and profitability.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, logs, and project documentation.
